Lemon Viniagerette

This salad is so good for you and stays crunchy and fresh for so long! This would a great one to take to work. You will need:
– 1/2 bag precut greens {broccoli, kale,Brussel sprouts and cabbage}
– 1/2 apple
– Toasted almonds
– 1 Tbsp Fresh dill

For Vinaigrette:
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Make the dressing and then drizzle desired amount over salad. Save remaining for another time.
